株式会社プレックスは、東京都台東区に本店を置くバンダイナムコグループ傘下の企業。 Plex Corporation, Taito-ku, Tokyo store based in BANDAI affiliated companies.

• 1981年 4月7日 - 「株式会社バンダイ」の玩具企画・デザイン制作専従メーカー「株式会社ポピー企画室」として設立。 1981, April 7 - "Bandai" planning and design work full-time toy maker's "Poppy Planning Office Ltd." established.
• 1985年 - 「株式会社スタジオ・プレックス」に社名変更。 1985 - "Studio Plex, Inc." Changing the company name.
• 2007年 3月1日 - バンダイナムコグループの再編の一環として「株式会社ポピー 」と合併。 2007 March 1 - BANDAI as part of a reorganization of Corporation " Poppy "with the merger. 「株式会社プレックス」に社名変更。 "Plex, Inc." Changing the company name.
