佐藤愛子 （さとう あいこ、 1923年 11月5日 -現在86歳）は兵庫県 西宮市出身の小説家 。 Sato Aiko (tie Sato, 1923 November 5 - 86 years old now) is a novelist born in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
