借家 Tenant

借家 （しゃくや）とは、借りた状態の住宅のこと。 Tenant (tenant) is that the houses of the state borrowed. 物件の所有者から見た場合は貸家 （かしいえ）という。 From the perspective of the owners of rental property (albeit however) said. なお、物件の所有者を家主 （やぬし）という。 The landlord of the property owner (landlord) said.
