大阪府第13区 （おおさかふ13く）は日本の衆議院議員総選挙における選挙区域。 The Osaka District 13 (13 Ku Osaka prefecture) is electoral boundaries in the general election the House of Representatives of Japan. 1994年 、 公職選挙法改正で設置。 1994, established the revised election law.
