- 1920年 （ 大正 9年） 4月合同肥料㈱として設立。 1920 ( Taisyou 1997) in April , Ltd. was established as a joint fertilizer.
- 1938年 （ 昭和 13年） 2月 日本産業 (株)の満州移転とともに、㈱日産と社名変更。 1938 ( Syouwa 13 years) in February in Japan Industry (Inc.) and transferred Manchuria, and Nissan Co., Ltd. changed its name. 日産館を建設。 House construction and Nissan.
