総裁 （そうさい）とは、政府機関・政党・公団などの団体の代表職のこと。 Governor (funerals and festivals) is a public corporation political institutions government to the chairmanship of the organization and so on. 英語ではdirectorまたはpresidentと訳される。 In English is translated as president or director.
