- 明治40年（1907年）12月3日：船田兵吾の三男として栃木県 宇都宮市に生まれる。 December 3, 1907: Born in Utsunomiya-shi, Tochigi as Hunada Hiyougo son. 後に藤枝家の養子となる。 Fujieda, and after adoption of the house.
- 昭和5年（ 1930年 ）： 東京帝国大学法学部英法科を卒業。 1930 (1930): Graduated from the law in English law at Tokyo Imperial University. 同年内務省に入省し、 鹿児島県 、 愛媛県 、 埼玉県 、 群馬県で勤務する。 Entered the Interior Ministry the same year, prefecture, Kagoshima Prefecture, Ehime Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, to work in Gunma Prefecture.
- 群馬県副知事を経て、昭和24年（ 1949年 ） 第24回衆議院議員総選挙に群馬1区（当時）から立候補し当選する。 Gunma Prefecture through the Lieutenant Governor, 1949 (1949) The 24th general election, Gunma on one district since (then) candidate from the election. 以後、当選8回。 Since, winning eight times.
